Doing exercises will help you a lot to relieve your back pain. However, to get a best result, the exercises should be regular and comprehensive. So, you should be smart in motivating your exercises. Just always look at your goal to relieve your back pain.
The first exercise that you can do is doing like hip rolls. Just put your hands front of your chest. Face your palm of hands to the ground. Then, rotate your hips opposite to the clockwise. Do it just about 5 times. That will make the muscles on your lower back more flexible.
Then, the second exercise is twisting your waist. First, you can sit on the floor. Then, put your legs straight on to the ground. Next, twist your waist by moving your hands to the back of your body. Make sure that your body still maintain in its position. If you do the exercise correctly, you will feel your muscles on your lower back pain better during you twist your waist. You can do each movement in 8 counts.
Next, you can do humping. First, stand up but just relax. Then, move your hands to the ground until you can reach it. But, make sure that your knee stays motionless. This exercise will make your back bone stronger and your muscles more flexible.
Those are some exercises that you can do whenever and wherever you are. Remember, we can make change from a small thing. If you can do it regularly, I believe that your pain will be relieved soon. Then, you can do your activities properly again.
