How to Avoid Back Pain

It is normal if everyone includes you want to have a good health. If you are healthy, you can think clearly and do activities properly. But, when you suffer from any disease, you will be weak and tend to work improperly. Thus, keeping our health is very essential for us.

However, so many people that have no health. In fact, the most common pain that often happens among them is back pain. If you already got this pain, so you should pay attention to have some treatments in order to prevent worse condition. But, if you have not got this pain, now you must be aware of avoiding from back pain.

Here, I have some tips that you can do to avoid back pain. Applying these tips as your life style will be very good for you:

  1. Have a good posture.

    In fact, if we have a wrong posture, we tend to have pain. Sometimes, we don’t realize that we have humped posture until someone else tells us. Just keep your body straight normally and don’t hesitate to ask the people around you whether you hump or not.

  2. Do not force body to lift heavy load.

    Sometimes, we are often faced with situation to lift a load. But, you must pay attention to your capability in lifting the load. If you think that the load is too heavy, don’t push yourself.

  3. Avoid being fat.

    Having a heavy weight will stress the back bone and muscles to work harder. If this condition is done continuously, there will be any strain on your spine.

  4. Have good nutrition.

    Eating raw vegetable and fresh fruits are really recommended. And, avoid drinks like strong coffee, tea, and coke is good.

  5. Do some exercises.

    Doing exercises will strengthen your bone and also make your muscles more flexible. If so, the risk to get back pain will be lower.

Let You Know What Causing Your Back Injury

Maybe, you are one of the people that often get back injuries. I believe that the injury makes your sleep unwell and cannot do your activities properly. So, you must need remedy for that. Before getting any remedy, you should know what case of your back pain is. It will really contribute to make a decision in choosing the type of remedy you will have.

Well, there are at least four types of back injuries. They are acute back strain or sprain, chronic back strain or sprain, herniated disk, and vertebral fracture. To learn more about them in detail, let us know one by one.

If you often feel strain in your back, it may caused by any trouble with your muscles. The trouble often comes when you move your body when your muscle is not ready. As a result, the muscle is stretched or torn. Then, if you feel your back feels sprain, it is because any stretched or torn in your ligament. As you know, ligament is important to support your back. A high risk to get those pains often happens if you don’t make any warming-up movement body before doing exercise. Therefore, warming-up movement is important for you to make your muscles more flexible and ready to do harder exercise.

Often, your back sprain or strain comes in another time. It happens because your muscle or ligament is torn stretched or torn again. You can get this pain for several times if you move your motion abnormally. This pain often spreads to the feet and makes numbness and tingling.

Then, if you have herniated disk means that your wall of the disk in the spine is weak. If so, the stronger wall in the inside of the disk pushes the weaker wall. As a result, there will be a bulge that will be worse if there is any stress. So, keep away from movement like lifting or twisting your pain carelessly.

The last is vertebral fracture. It often happens if you fall from high building or when you get car accident. The vertebral fracture is the condition when your spine cracked to the all directions. It is very dangerous because can cause death.
